Fostering opportunities, leadership, and decision-making.
A strategic initiative designed to empower women entrepreneurs and leaders to thrive in global markets. It offers specialized programs, international trade missions, and networking opportunities at a global level. Participants gain leadership and skills training tailored for navigating the complexities of a VUCA world, enabling them to scale their ventures and succeed.
HER Circle
From Women's Connection to Growth
Gatherings that ignite trust, dialogue, and opportunities.
A social initiative that creates meaningful spaces, online and offline, for women to come together across geographies, sectors, and identities. Through partner events and curated events it cultivates an ecosystem of truth-sharing, resource exchange, and strategic support. Rooted in action and authenticity, HER Circle turns connection into a catalyst for women's growth.

Bridging Cultures, Inspiring Women
Intercultural dialogue sharing wisdom, heritage, and arts.
A social initiative that celebrates the contributions and confronts the challenges of women across generations and cultures through visual arts, storytelling, film, and media. By curated and powerful cultural expressions rooted in lived experience it fosters dialogue, amplifies underrepresented voices, and reclaims untold narratives empowering women to drive systemic change.

A social initiative focused on lightening the load women carry in life. By offering support and practical solutions, it addresses economic, professional, and societal disparities while advocating for work-life and social balance. By creating more equitable environments, women can thrive, grow, and pursue their dreams. With less burden, women can reclaim time to be themselves.

Strengthen Sport, Empower Women

A social initiative that equips female athletes to thrive during and beyond their sports careers through strategic development, entrepreneurial skills, and personal empowerment. Delivered within clubs, it nurtures resilience, unlocks leadership potential, and expands future growth. With women at the heart of sport, it builds systems of support that go far beyond the final whistle.

Freedom Funding for Women
The funds women need, when and how they need them.
A financial initiative that provides women with access to free funding and skills-building programs that empower them to grow freely. The initiative supports women by equipping them with the financial resources, tools, and skills necessary to thrive both personally and professionally. So that they can succeed and grow in life and financially as high and far as they need.

BCR Social Finance is a Romanian microfinance institution founded in 2010 by BCR (Erste Group). It gives flexible loans to NGOs, social enterprises and micro-entrepreneurs that traditional banks often don't serve, including loans backed by InvestEU guarantees and bridge loans for EU-funded projects.
