HER Venture HUB is committed in protecting your privacy. You can visit our site without giving us any personal information. We will collect personal data due to professional agreement by using Non-disclosure agreements and/or contracts.
2. Where we store your personal data.
All data submitted by clients and consultants and outsourcing professionals are stored internally, in our local servers and/or in the cloud since we use google drive system to communicate with our stakeholders, essentially. The use of google drive is based on access provided as per request and/or need to have access to a folder. If/when a project ends and the access is no longer required, the access provided is removed.
3. Disclosure of your Information: with who we want to share information and why
We do not rent or sell our clients, contacts or stakeholder’s lists.
No HER Venture HUB listings may be used by anyone 1) other than for the originally intended confidential use 2) or by persons outside HER Venture HUB. Offenders will be prosecuted.

HER Venture HUB’s website might contain some links to other websites. Please be aware that HER Venture HUB is not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites/links. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by HER Venture HUB.

From time to time, HER Venture HUB may place orders, surveys and promotions and may request information from users as part of them. Participation in these is entirely voluntary.

Only authorized subcontractors, who need the information to perform a specific job, are given access to personally identifiable information. The servers on which we store personal information are kept in a secure environment.

HER Venture HUB will make every effort to keep your personal data complete and up to date. If your personal information is incorrect, changes or you do not wish to receive further information from HER Venture HUB, we will correct, update or remove your information as soon as possible. HER Venture HUB is a Portugal based company and contact information is stored on our internal systems hosted in Portugal, or on external service provider systems that already adhere to GDPR.
HER Venture HUB retains the data during the time of a stakeholder’s business relationship with HER Venture HUB, and for the time legally required in Portugal for retention of this data. 12. Transfer
The internet is a global environment. The data we collect may be transferred and stored in international destinations, including destinations outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by international subcontractors or data processors outside of this area who may be involved, among other things, in fulfilling your order, processing your payment details and providing support services.
HER Venture HUB will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data are treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law.
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the Portuguese without reference to conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising from or related to our professional relation or to any acts under our privacy policy shall be finally settled under the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the CNPD – Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados by one or more Arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said rules. The arbitration venue shall be in Lisboa.
